Krystal Auto Collision

We are a family owned and operated Collision Repair Facility. We are proud of this fact and feel we are able to give our customers the service they expect because we are family owned and operated. We don't have to answer to a "group of investors". We welcome you to come by and meet us in person after you take a look around our website. You might be surprised at some of the "special" paint projects we have completed over the years. We are also proud to be a Better Business Bureau accredited business with an A+ rating.

Who we are

We are Kevin and Vicki Adams. We are the owners and you can find us here every day. We also have our daughter, Krystal, that works in the front office and keeps everyone in line. If someone needs to know anything that's going on, they know to ask Krystal. Josh is one of our sons and he handles writing the estimates, ordering the parts, and following the vehicle through the repair process to make sure the vehicle is repaired promptly and correctly. Dylan is our last child and he works in our paint department. He makes sure all the vehicles coming through the paint shop are painted using the latest techniques. We also have others that work for us and although not related to us by blood, we feel they are family. When you become a customer of Krystal Auto Collision, you too will become like family to us. We treat everyone as though we were repairing our own family's vehicle.

A bit of history

We have been in business as Krystal Auto Collision since 1994. Kevin worked with his Dad, Jim Adams, Sr., at Pioneer Automotive from 1980 to 1994. He knew he always wanted to own his own shop, so he and his wife, Vicki, started Krystal Auto Collision, Inc. They have been non-stop ever since. They feel blessed that they have a solid base of customers that continue to use them when an unfortunate accident causes damage to their vehicle. There isn't any better confirmation that you are doing a good job, than when a prior customer comes back. We have become the Collision Repair Facility for several local businesses, motorcycle shops, and dealerships in the area.
